At Restoration Clothing, we are committed to providing exceptional products and customer service. Please read our return and refund policy carefully:

Digital Media

All digital products (including eBooks and audiobooks)  and gift cards are final sale. Due to the nature of these items, wedo not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for digital content.

Merchandise

We offer a 15-day return window for physical merchandise. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must meet the following conditions:

  • The item arrived damaged or was the wrong item/color/size.
  • You contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • You provide your order number and a clear photo of the item showing the damage or issue.

Please email us at info@namesakeproperties.com to initiate a return or exchange.

Refunds

Once approved and your return has been received, we will either:

  • Ship a replacement item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded due to limited stock.

Customer Order Errors

If you accidentally order the wrong size or color, we are unable to accept returns due to the made-to-order nature of our products. However, we understand mistakes happen.

As a courtesy, we’ll offer you up to a 10% discount code for your next order.

(We may not advertise this widely to prevent misuse, but rest assured—we’ll take care of you when you reach out.)

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
